Reiki
Reiki is a spiritual healing art with its roots in Japanese origin. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese words which mean “Universal Life Energy.” Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice. It is not massage. It is a subtle and effective form of energy work using spiritually guided life force energy.
Reiki Practitioners understand that everyone has the ability to connect with their own healing energy and use it to strengthen energy in themselves and help others. It is believed that when a person’s energy is strong and free flowing their body and mind is in a positive state of health. When the energy becomes weak or blocked it could lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance.
A Reiki session can help ease tension and stress and can help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional. A session is pleasant and relaxing.

Access Bars
Did you know there are 32 points on your head which, when gently touched, effortlessly and easily release anything that doesn't allow you to receive? These points contain all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations that you have stored in any lifetime. Access Bars® is a non-invasive hands-on process that allows you to let go of everything!
By touching these 32 points on the head (known as the bars) the body turns a key that unlocks and deletes these limiting thoughts and beliefs; much like when you delete corrupted files from your computer’s hard drive.
Receiving the Bars, is an incredibly nurturing and relaxing process. At worst you will feel like you have just had a phenomenal massage. At best your whole life can change into something greater with total ease.
