Welcome Spring Holistic Fair Application
A review process will take place to avoid any duplication of products and to provide our participants opportunities for greater success.
You have been confirmed. Please complete the application form and the Waiver Release found below and hit submit.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
This is an outside event. Participants will be responsible for providing their own 10x10 tent, with weights, table(s), and chairs. Unfortunately, we do not have the manpower to help with tent setup.
There are four (4) inside spaces for vendors. These will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Tables are 6 ft. rounds with chairs. If you wish for a smaller table you will have to provide it.
Inside spaces have access to electricity.
Vendors will manage their own point of sales system.
Products need to be unique and ones that cannot readily be found in retail stores.
Each vendor is responsible for carrying their own insurance.
We encourage each vendor to promote the event via their social media pages.
This fair is rain or shine. If A&G Wholistic wellness cancels for any reason you will receive a refund. We will make every effort to notify vendors of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance.

Vendors should provide a photo (personal or product/service) to be included in our marketing video.
Vendor spots will be assigned and presented during check-in on the day of the event. Parking will take place right behind your tent. Indoor vendors will be assigned parking spaces.
FEES (Payments will be accepted online only)
Early Bird Rate for Vendors, due on/before April 30, 2021is $75.00.
Regular Rate for Vendors, payments starting May 1, 2021 is $100.00.
Early Bird Rate for Food Vendors, due on/before April 30, 2021, is $100.00.
Regular Rate for Food Vendors, payments starting May 1, 2021 is $125.00.
Additional information about the event will be sent once fee is received.
