April 22…Sunday, Beauty & Tea Naturally (an afternoon of Health and Wellness) with Sisters of the Green, 12:00 – 3:00 pm at Studio 108, 289 Stuyvesant Avenue, Lyndhurst, NJ. Enjoy workshops, vendors of natural products, and more. Entrance fee: $5.00. Workshop: Why Use Natural Beauty Products? by herbalist, Gloria Brown. In this inspiring class, students will learn how natural beauty products are not just better for their skin they affect the whole body and are eco-friendly too. Workshop: Tea for Health and Long Life by herbalist, Audie Odum-Stellato, explores herbs and spices that support all of the body’s systems and promote good health.

Registration is required for all classes. Please register early to hold your seat. Class size is limited. Fee for each workshop: $25.00.

Gloria Brown received her training and certifications through Trinity College of Natural Health and the Pacific Institute of Aromatherapy, and Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine. She gives workshops on natural medicinal remedies. She is the creator of Ahh~Land Woman Herbals LLC (www.ah-landwomanherbals.com and has created her own line of hand-crafted herbal remedies and skin care products. Audie Odum-Stellato is a Certified Shiatsu Practitioner and graduate of the OhaShiatsu Institute. She has taught various workshops on Asian Medicine and Shiatsu techniques, written articles on the subject, and authored the book “Hara Massage.” Audie is an Herbalist, gaining knowledge from traditional healers and is currently studying at the Sage Mountain School of Herbology.
