April 22…Sunday, Beauty & Tea Naturally (an afternoon of Health and Wellness) with Sisters of the Green, 12:00 – 3:30 pm at Studio 108, 2nd floor, 289 Stuyvesant Avenue, Lyndhurst, NJ.

Thank you for your interest in vending at our upcoming event Beauty and Tea Naturally (An Afternoon of Health and Wellness, at Studio 108, 289 Stuyvesant Avenue, Lyndhurst, NJ on Sunday, April 22, 2018. I hope you can join us.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

1. The vendor fee for a 6 foot table is $35. Vendor must bring own table. Electricity will be available if needed.

2. The hours will be 12 Noon until 3:30 PM. Setup at 11:15 AM earliest. Breakdown can start at 2:45 PM. We must vacate the premises no later than 3:30 PM.

3. We are looking for vendors of natural, body products, herbal products, and other businesses having to do with health and wellness.

4. This is an indoor event (medium sized yoga studio) on the 2nd floor, and is not handicapped accessible.

5. Event has been advertised in Inner Realm, Instagram, Facebook, Baristanet and through email marketing.

6. There will be a Door Prize drawing. We're asking vendors to participate by supplying us with a sample product and business card for the basket. We'll collect these during check in.

7. There is WiFi on the premises.

TO APPLY:

1. Completed registrations should be submitted on or before April 13, 2018.

2. Incomplete registrations will not be accepted.

3. Full payment is required at time of registration. Paypal or debit and credit card options available.

4. Checks or money orders should be made out to: Gloria Brown and sent to the following address: 94 Byrd Avenue, Bloomfield, NJ 07003 to arrive no later than 4 days prior to event.

An informational email will be sent out when a completed application is submitted.
