UJAMAA is a Swahili word meaning “cooperative economics”—the principle of building and maintaining businesses that benefit our own community. The UJAMAA Marketplace is more than an event—it’s a space for empowerment, unity, and economic growth. We’re bringing together local businesses, creators, and service providers to celebrate entrepreneurship and keep our dollars circulating within our community.
