Welcome Spring Holistic Fair Application


A review process will take place to avoid any duplication of products and to provide our participants opportunities for greater success.

 

You have been confirmed.  Please complete the application form and the Waiver Release found below and hit submit. 

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

  1. This is an outside event.  Participants will be responsible for providing their own 10x10 tent, with weights, table(s), and chairs.  Unfortunately, we do not have the manpower to help with tent setup.  

  2. Vendors will manage their own point of sales system.  

  3. Products need to be unique and ones that cannot readily be found in retail stores.  

  4. Each vendor is responsible for carrying their own insurance. 

  5. We encourage each vendor to promote the event via their social media pages.

  6. This fair is rain or shine.  If A&G Wholistic wellness cancels for any reason you will receive a refund.  We will make every effort to notify vendors of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance.

  8. Vendors should provide a photo (personal or product/service) to be included in our marketing video.  

  9. Vendor spots will be assigned and presented during check-in on the day of the event.  Parking will take place within the parking lot. 


FEES (Payments will be accepted online only)

Early Bird Rate for Vendors, due on/before March 31, 2022 is $60.00 (has passed). 
Regular Rate for Vendors, payments starting May 7, 2022 is $80.00. 
 

Additional information about the event will be sent once fee is received.

Vendor Application

WAIVER AGREEMENT

By signing this waiver agreement, (the Client) agrees to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk
The Client agrees that their participation in the Welcome Spring Holistic Fair is voluntary. Furthermore, the Client agrees to assume any risk associated with participating in the event and releases A&G Wholistic Wellness Events (formerly known as Roots & Bloom Apothecary and Ahh-Land Woman Herbals LLC) and Clifton Masonic Lodge #203 from any and all claims of loss or damage that may arise during the Client’s participation. Such releases are without limitation and include attorneys’ fees, personal injury, property damage, and any other losses or damages suffered by the Client.

Total Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold A&G Wholistic Wellness Events and Clifton Masonic Lodge #203 harmless against any and all claims of loss or damage, including damage to A&G Wholistic Wellness Events and Clifton Masonic Lodge #203 property caused by the Client.

Personal Well Being
The Client hereby warrants that they are physically fit and capable of participating in the Welcome Spring Holistic Fair without undue risk.

Right to Cancel
A&G Wholistic Wellness Events and Clifton Masonic Lodge #203 maintain the right to deny the Client’s participation in the Welcome Spring Holistic Fair if they deem that participation would risk loss or damage to any party.

Applicable Law
This waiver agreement shall be governed by the laws of New Jersey. Any legal proceeding, claim, or lawsuit related to the Client’s participation in Welcome Spring Holistic Fair shall take place exclusively in courts located in Newark, NJ.

The Client agrees that this waiver agreement shall remain in full force and effect without modification and that participation in the Welcome Spring Holistic Fair is pursuant to the terms of this agreement.
